The delivery time for products purchased through our online store depends on the delivery method you selected at the time of purchase. This time begins on the first business day following payment confirmation.

If your order isn't exactly what you expected, you have 7 days to request a return after receiving the product via WhatsApp with our team. We'll then send you a return shipping code at no additional cost.

The product must not show signs of use or washing. The label must be affixed to the item, including all accompanying accessories.
