1. DELIVERY TIME

1.2. Shipping Policy
The deadline for receiving products purchased through our virtual store is correlated with the delivery method defined by you at the time of purchase. This starts counting from the 1st working day following the day of payment confirmation.

Shipping costs for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout through the Frenet platform, which automatically quotes the best shipping according to your location.

You can save on local shipping by opting for physical pickup in our Showroom (Rua Alameda Lorena 1304, office 1210). Once you place your order and select your pickup location at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pickup within 1-7 business days. For international shipments and freight, your order may be subject to import taxes (including VAT), which are added at the time the order arrives in the destination country.

If your order arrives with any kind of damage, please contact us as soon as possible by e-mail contato@kontenta.com.br, informing the order number and a photo of the item's condition. We analyze each case individually, but we always strive to offer a satisfactory solution to our customers.


The prices of the products offered on this site are not necessarily related and/or equivalent to the prices of identical products offered in Kontenta stores and/or multi-brand stores.

The images on this site may show color variations, due to the specific resolutions of each equipment and the matrices available in this environment.
