Exchanges and Returns






1. EXCHANGES
Exchanges are valid within 30 days of receiving the product.


1.2. Conditions:
The product must not show signs of use or washing. The label must be affixed to the item, including all accompanying accessories.
The deadline for making exchange requests due to defect/damage (see art. 26 of the Consumer Protection Code) is 90 days for durable goods; and regarding the refund procedure (when applicable).
*We do not exchange promotional products. (According to art. 49 of the CDC, there is no distinction between promotional products and/or exclusive pieces for the application of the right of withdrawal).
*Attach the DANFE (Electronic Invoice Auxiliary Document) or the copy that must accompany the product.

2. RETURNS

If your order is not exactly what you expected, you have 7 days to request a return after receiving the product.

As soon as our Quality Control department receives the return, an analysis will be carried out to confirm the condition of the product, that is, whether the product shows no signs of use or defects, with the label attached and no signs of modifications.

After this analysis, if the return is approved, the customer will have credit in our online store to make a new purchase.

If the credit is not requested, the refund will be made through Pagar.me or a payment method previously made within a stipulated period directly with the credit card administrator. The refund will be reflected on the customer's statement within 30 (thirty) to 60 (sixty) days. If you made your purchase using a bank slip or Pix, the refund will be made within 15 (fifteen) business days after confirmation of the return to the checking account that has the same CPF as the purchase holder informed by the customer.

The refund amount is based on the product's value. If our department denies the return, the customer will be notified in advance of the situation.

3. International Shipping Duties & Taxes:

*We ship worldwide from Brazil. Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees charged by your local government. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the buyer's responsibility.

*Customs policies vary widely from country to country. We recommend checking with your local customs office to understand what fees may apply before placing your order.

By placing an international order, you agree to pay any applicable duties and taxes that may be charged by your destination country.

3.1 International Returns:

If you wish to return an item from outside Brazil, please note that return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Unfortunately, as a small company, we do not offer return labels for international orders.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service for any returns, as we are not responsible for lost or undelivered packages.
