Exchanges and Returns

1. EXCHANGES
Exchanges are valid within 30 days of receipt of the product.
1.2. Conditions:
The product must not show signs of use or washing. The label must be affixed to the part, including all the accessories that come with it.
The deadline for making requests for exchanges due to defect/breakdown (see article 26 of the Consumer Protection Code), extends to 90 days of durable goods; and on the refund procedure (where applicable).
*We do not exchange products on sale. (According to article 49 of the CDC, there is no distinction between products on sale and/or exclusive pieces for the application of the right of regret).
*Attach the DANFE (Auxiliary Document of Electronic Invoice) or the copy that must accompany the product.

2. RETURNS
If your order is not exactly what you expected, you have 7 days to request a return after receiving the product.
2.1. Conditions:
The product must not show signs of use or washing. The label must be affixed to the part, including all the accessories that come with it.
*We do not return products on sale. According to art. 49 of the Consumer Protection Code, there is no distinction between products on sale and/or exclusive pieces for the application of the right of regret.
* In case of return, the shipping cost will be deducted.
