FREE SHIPPING
Free delivery nationwide (Brazil) on orders over R$ 650.00 . For orders below R$ 650.00, we charge the amount calculated by Sedex or Pac for delivery according to your region. We offer a discount on the shipping value for orders in specific regions of Brazil through the PAC.
MODALITIES AND DEADLINES
Your order can be delivered in the city of Balneário Camboriú by Motoboy and in other cities in Brazil by the Post Office (SEDEX OR PAC).
Delivery times are up to 1 business day for local orders, and 4 to 6 business days or up to 16 business days for other regions; counted from the confirmation of payment. The deadline for receiving products purchased through our virtual store is correlated with the delivery method defined by you at the time of purchase (not including weekends and holidays) . This starts counting from the 1st working day following the day of payment confirmation. After this process, you will receive another notification when your order is sent by email.
Value: The freight value must be calculated directly in the shopping cart to consider the characteristics of your order, the delivery method and the destination zip code. Shipping costs for your order will be calculated automatically and displayed at checkout via the Frenet platform.
You can save on local shipping by opting for physical pickup in our Showroom (Rua 3150, 100 - Sala 14). Once you place your order and select your pickup location at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pickup within 1-7 business days. For international shipments and freight, your order may be subject to import taxes (including VAT), which are added at the time the order arrives in the country of destination.
